DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) has been established electronically between the Buyer and the Seller, whose information is given below, within the framework of the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered electronically by the Buyer via the esincegourmet.com website (“Site”).
3. Product and Payment Information
The Buyer declares that he/she accepts the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the products he/she has selected during the ordering process. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or other specified methods.
4. Delivery Terms
The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered product within the specified period and to the address provided by the Buyer. The cargo process and delivery terms are subject to the principles specified on the Site.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason. The process regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.
6. Return and Exchange Conditions
The return and exchange of products are carried out in accordance with the procedures determined by the Seller. Certain products such as used, damaged packaging or personal hygiene products may be excluded from the scope of return.
7. Dispute Resolution
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized in all disputes that may arise from this Agreement.
8. Enforcement
The Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted this Agreement before completing the order process.
